Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions of Pascal Maranus Photography.
Prices
All prices mentioned are including Dutch VAT (currently 21 percent) and without potential shipping costs. In case they apply, the shipping costs will be shown separately in the final order step and on the invoice. All prices, including the costs for shipping, are only valid at the time of placing the order. When the shop gets updated, all previous prices and other information is no longer valid. The version at the time of placing the order is always leading.
Terms of payment
A payment should always be done in advance and can be done via iDeal, PayPal, creditcard and Bancontact, among others. Once the payment is received, we will set things in motion to get your order shipped out to you as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order for up to 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason for it. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to Pascal Maranus Photography. You will then have the full amount — including potential shipping costs — refunded to your account. The costs for the return shipment are yours as the customer. In case you use your right of withdrawal, please return the product and anything that goes with it in its original state and packaging. For this, you can contact support@pascalmaranus.com. When we have received the product in good order, we will refund it within 14 days.
Terms of delivery
The delivery of the order will be at an address you have provided. The expected time of arrival can be found on the website. Every shipment is under the condition that the products are delivered in time and in the expected condition by our printers. Delayed delivery does not give the customer right to compensation, unless Pascal Maranus Photography has been negligent or acted intentionally. When an item can't be delivered for whatever reason, the money will be refunded or a similar item will be offered.
Warranty and returns
Are you not satisfied with the product, is it damaged or is there another reason for which you would like to return it? Of course, that's possible. Get in touch within 14 days after receiving your order and we will discuss the options.
Returns are not possible for products purchased outside the regular options in the shop (e.g. customized prints). Is a product damaged or not up to quality standards? Feel free to get in touch.
Damaged products usually don't have to be returned to get replaced. With clear pictures of the damage, we can usually get a replacement produced free of charge. In that case, no extra costs for returning the product will have to be made.
