Why an is an account needed?
Nowadays, a lot of online purchases can supposedly be done without an account. And yet they still ask you for all the same information, with the only exception being that you don't enter a password. That's because they create an account for you behind the scenes. You just won't be able to access it. If you were to "create" an account later on, you'll more than likely see your previous purchases as well.
Because we prefer honesty and transparency, we don't want to give you a false sense of anonymity, and therefore we ask you to come up with a password as well. Plus: it gives you advantages for future purchases as well, because you will be able to enter your previous addresses with a single click, rather than having to fill them in again by hand.
Payment
The payment process is very simple as well. In this webshop, you can choose from the following payment methods:
- iDeal
- PayPal
- Creditcard
- Bancontact
Security
The order- and payment processes are at all times in a secured environment. Through an encrypted SSL-connection, your personal and privacy-sensitive information is not visible to outsiders. A secured SSL-connection is easily recognized by the "https" in the URL and the lock at the bottom of your screen on in the address bar of your browser.
Delivery
The average time to deliver an order is between 5 and 7 business days. There is usually a few days delay for other countries, depending on the country and its distance from our printers, as well as potential international complications. Our goal of course is to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs
- Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, shipping is free.
- Within Europe, you pay 9,- EUR per order.
- Outside Europe, you pay 25,- EUR per order.
Warranty and returns
Are you not satisfied with the product, is it damaged or is there another reason for which you would like to return it? Of course, that's possible. Get in touch within 14 days after receiving your order and we will discuss the options.
Returns are not possible for products purchased outside the regular options in the shop (e.g. customized prints). Is a product damaged or not up to quality standards? Feel free to get in touch.
Damaged products usually don't have to be returned to get replaced. With clear pictures of the damage, we can usually get a replacement produced free of charge. In that case, no extra costs for returning the product will have to be made.
